On December 6-8, 2017, a World Intelligent Manufacturing Summit was initiated in Nanjing. During the Summit, representatives of world-class academies, associations, and famous colleges, together with industries, exchanged ideas and best practices for promoting intelligent manufacturing, explored cutting-edge technologies, probed common problems in the field, discussed future development prospects and brought about a common will for cooperation and development. Brian Curtis, the president of ISA (International Society of Automation) shared the topic of “Industrial Automation and Control Systems Security”.
